Interim Dividend

As part of the announcement of the Company's half year results for the six
months ended 31 October 2025, released at 7.00 a.m. this morning, the
Directors have declared an interim dividend in respect of the financial year
ending 30 April 2026 of 0.70 pence per ordinary share.

This dividend is payable on 29 January 2026 to holders of ordinary shares on
the register on 30 December 2025. The ex-dividend date will be 29 December
2025.
