** Shares of Global Uranium and Enrichment GUE.AX jump 9.3% to A$0.065

** Stock on track for best day since April 14, if gains hold

** Co says an investment deal between private uranium enrichment tech developers Ubaryon, in which it is the largest shareholder, and Urenco is nearing finalisation

** Under deal, Urenco will invest A$5.0 million ($3.25 million) over three years in Ubaryon

** Deal expected to close in late July

** Stock up 7.5% YTD, including moves in current session
