Australia's Global Uranium at near 4-month high on final permit for US project

** Shares of Global Uranium and Enrichment  GUE.AX  rise as
much as 12.9% to A$0.175, their highest since Sept. 29
    ** Miner receives notice of intent to conduct prospecting
operations from the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and
Safety (DRMS) for the Tallahassee Uranium project 
    ** Says co can now commence planned exploration activities
at the project
    ** Adds drill program expected to launch in middle of 2024
    ** About 3 mln shares change hands, compared with the 30-day
average volume of 1 mln     
    ** Stock fell 34.7% in 2023
