Notice of AGM

to be held on 29 April 2024

 

Globaltrans Investment PLC (the "Company" and together with its consolidated
subsidiaries "Globaltrans" or the "Group"), (LSE/MOEX ticker: GLTR) today
announces that the Board of Directors ("Board") of Globaltrans convened an
Annual General Meeting of shareholders ("AGM") to be held on 29 April 2024 at
1:00 pm (UAE time) at Office Unit 3, Floor 6, Al Sila Tower, Abu Dhabi Global
Market Square, Al Maryah Island, Abu Dhabi, UAE.

The main business on the agenda for the AGM is to consider and, if thought
fit, pass the following resolutions:

·     To approve the Group and Company audited financial statements
together with the management's and auditors' reports for the financial year
ended 31 December 2023.

·     To approve that the Company shall not distribute a final dividend
for the year ended 31 December 2023 in accordance with the recommendation of
the Board of Directors.

·     To appoint RAI LLP as auditor of the Company and to hold office
until the conclusion of the next general meeting.
