Notice of Annual General Meeting
 
Gore Street, London's first energy storage fund and a listed impact investor managing an international portfolio of assets to help support the continuing increase in renewable generation and meet global climate objectives, is pleased to announce the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on Wednesday, 19 August 2020 at 09.00 a.m. 
The Company is holding the AGM under the regulations set out in Schedule 14 of the Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act 2020 which allows closed AGMs to be held virtually in light of the coronavirus pandemic.  The AGM will be held by electronic means with the minimum necessary quorum of two Shareholders in order to conduct the business of the meeting. The format of the meeting will be purely functional and will comprise of the formal business. 
The 2020 AGM will be a closed meeting without Shareholders, save for the required quorum. Shareholders are asked to participate by submitting a proxy vote in advance of the meeting and appointing the Chair of the Meeting as their proxy through the Shareholders' portal at www.signalshares.com.  On the home page, enter "Gore Street Energy Storage Fund plc" in the "Company Name" box and then register or log in, using your Investor Code. To vote at the AGM, click on the "Vote Online Now" button by not later than 09.00 a.m. on Monday, 17 August 2020.
These steps are being taken in response to the coronavirus pandemic.
