RM Funds Statement Regarding the Result of the Requisitioned General Meeting
of Gore Street Energy Storage Fund plc

RM Funds, a long-term shareholder in Gore Street Energy Storage Fund plc
("GSF" or the "Company"), notes the announcement published by the Company on
20 August 2025 regarding the Requisitioned General Meeting held on that date.

For each resolution proposed, approximately 100 million shares, representing
30%+ of votes cast, were voted in favour of the RM Funds proposals.

RM Funds thanks those shareholders who supported its resolutions and share its
concerns regarding governance, strategy, and alignment between the Board, the
Manager, and shareholders.
