RM Funds is urging all shareholders to vote AGAINST resolutions 5-9
(reappointment of directors) and 12-15 inclusive, in order to strengthen
governance, and unlock value at GSF.

RM Funds continues to encourage all shareholders to engage with the materials,
participate in the voting process, and consider the importance of robust
governance and clear strategic direction at this critical juncture for the
Company.

Shareholders are reminded that voting deadlines may vary by platform, with
some institutional platforms expected to close as early as Friday 12 September
