GFHG Announces Correction

London, United Kingdom, December 21, 2023 - Grand Fortune High Grade Limited
(the "Company" or "GFHG"), announces a correction to its announcement dated
December 20, 2023.  The December 20, 2023 announcement indicated GFHG's
intention to voluntarily delist its ordinary shares from the FCA Official List
and cancel its listing on the London Stock Exchange  and stated the date of
cancellation to take effect was January 22, 2024.  The correct date that the
cancellation will take effect is January 23, 2024.
