Cancellation of Listing of the Global Depository Receipts ("GDRs")

 

Further to the announcements made by the Company on March 20, 2023, and April
03, 2023, the Cancellation of Listing will become effective from 16:30 (GMT)
today.  Following the Cancellation of Listing, the Company's GDRs will become
unlisted securities.
