OCBC to back Great Eastern's delisting bid with near $700 million conditional exit offer
June 6 (Reuters) - Singapore's Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation OCBC.SI said on Friday it would support a bid to seek a delisting of shares in Great Eastern GELA.SI with a S$900 million ($699.90 million) exit offer. The conditional exit offer is at S$30.15 for the 6.28% of the insurer's stock that OCBC does not already own.
