Sale of Malaysia's AMMB's insurance business to Great Eastern terminated
SINGAPORE, Feb 3 (Reuters) - AMMB Holdings AMMB.KL said on Monday that the Malaysian lender, MetLife and Great Eastern Holdings GELA.SI had mutually agreed not to pursue the proposed disposal of AmMetLife Insurance and AmMetLife Takaful to Great Eastern Life Assurance (Malaysia) and Great Eastern Takaful, according to a stock exchange filing.
