Half Year Results 2026
Greencoat UK Wind PLC, the leading listed renewable infrastructure fund, invested in UK wind farms, advises that on Thursday 30 July 2026 it will announce its Net Asset Value as of 30 June 2026, the quarterly dividend and publish half-year results for the period to 30 June 2026.
A live webcast of the presentation including Q&A will be held at 9:00 BST on the day for investors
and analysts and will be available via the Company's website at https://www.greencoat-ukwind.com/ or on https://brrmedia.news/UKW_HY26. This will be available for playback after the event.

Share Buyback Update
The Board announced in the Company's 2025 annual report that share buybacks remain part of the Company's capital allocation framework, alongside debt reduction and reinvestment. Accordingly, the Board has determined that the Company should strategically execute share buybacks whilst current market conditions prevail alongside its other capital allocation objectives. The Company has entered into an arrangement with Jefferies International Limited to execute any such repurchases, including on a discretionary basis during a closed period, based on pre-agreed parameters.
Any share repurchases will be executed under the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's annual general meeting on 19 May 2026, will reduce the issued share capital of the Company and will either be held in treasury or cancelled, either immediately or at a later date. Treasury shares are not entitled to dividends and have no voting rights at general meetings. Any such repurchase of ordinary shares will be announced no later than 07:30 am on the business day following the calendar day on which the purchase occurs.
