In accordance with the requirements of UKLR 6.4.9, the Company advises that it
has been notified of the following change to directorships in other publicly
quoted companies held by a member of the Board.

 

Lucinda Riches was appointed as Senior Independent Director and Chair of the
Remuneration Committee of Kingfisher PLC with effect from 23 June 2025. The
Board is confident that these appointments will not impact Lucinda's ability
to fulfil her commitments to the Company.
