GRESHAM HOUSE ENERGY STORAGE FUND PLC the ("Company")

The Company announces that Cathy Pitt, Non-Executive Director of the Company
and a person discharging managerial responsibilities in the Company ("PDMR"),
on 30 September 2022, has acquired 6,243 ordinary shares at a price of 167
pence per share.

In total Cathy Pitt will have an interest in 36,858 Ordinary Shares,
