GRESHAM HOUSE ENERGY STORAGE FUND PLC the ("Company")

The Company announces that on 30 May 2023, a PCA of Isabel Liu, Non-Executive
Director of the Company and PDMR, acquired 13,000 ordinary shares at a price
of 155.5 pence per share.

In total Isabel Liu will be interested in 28,112 Ordinary Shares, representing
approximately 0.0049% per cent of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital
following admission.
