The Company announces that David Stevenson, Non-Executive Director of the
Company and a person discharging managerial responsibilities in the Company
("PDMR"), on 20 March 2026, has purchased 12,894 ordinary shares at a price of
77.17 pence per share.

In total David Stevenson will have an interest in 42,944 Ordinary Shares,
representing approximately 0.0075 per cent of the Company's issued Ordinary
Share capital.
