GRESHAM HOUSE ENERGY STORAGE FUND PLC the ("Company")

The Company announces that Cathy Pitt, Non-Executive Director of the Company
and a person discharging managerial responsibilities in the Company ("PDMR"),
on 5 October 2023, has acquired 2,334 ordinary shares at a price of 93.09
pence per share.

In total Cathy Pitt will have an interest in 40,036 Ordinary Shares,
