Notice of General Meeting and Publication of Circular

Gresham House Energy Storage Fund plc (LSE: GRID), the UK's largest
utility-scale battery energy storage fund, is today posting a circular
("Circular") convening a general meeting (the "General Meeting") to be held at
11:00 a.m. on Thursday, 29 June 2023 at The Scalpel, 18(th) Floor, 52 Lime
Street, London EC3M 7AF.

 

The Resolution to be considered at the General Meeting is seeking Shareholder
approval of the Remuneration Policy that will apply to the Company. If
approved, the Remuneration Policy will have effect immediately after the
General Meeting. Once effective, future payments to the Directors, past and
present, must comply with the terms of the Remuneration Policy, unless
specifically approved by Shareholders at a general meeting.

 

The Remuneration Policy is set out on page 61 of the Annual Report.  A copy
of the Annual Report and Notice of General Meeting is also available on the
