Requisition of a General Meeting
 
The board of directors of GRIT (the "Board") announces that today it has received a requisition to convene a general meeting of the Company from a registered shareholder holding more than 5 per cent. of its issued share capital.
 
The proposed resolutions are that: (1) Simon James Farrell is removed as a director of the Company; and (2) David Johnson, having consented so to act, is elected as a director of the Company.
 
The Board is taking advice in relation to the requisition, and will update the market thereafter.
