("GRIT" or the "Company")

 Requisition of a General Meeting
The Board of GRIT has received an email requisitioning a general meeting of the Company's shareholders (the "Requisition"). The Requisition proposes that shareholders be asked to consider resolutions to remove all the current directors from the Board; and to appoint Richard Jennings (the majority owner of Align Research Limited, the principal requisitioner) and Martin Eales to the Board.
The Company will comply with its obligations under the Companies Act and, subject to establishing the validity of the Requisition, will convene a general meeting.  Shareholders will be advised about the meeting in due course.
