The following amendment has been made to the 'Result of AGM' announcement released on 24 July 2018 at 10:56 under RNS No 5938V.
 
The announcement stated that resolution 7 was not passed. This was incorrect and the announcement has been amended to show that resolution 7 was duly passed.
 
All other details remain unchanged.
