Sale of shares in investee company
 
Further to the announcement of 15 August 2019, the Company is pleased to announce that the proposed sale of the 430,000,000 ordinary shares in Kalia Limited in an off-market transaction for gross proceeds of £225,000 has completed.
 
Following the sale, the Company continues to hold 50,000,000 ordinary shares in Kalia Limited with a market value of approximately £28,000.
