    * Awarded Pt Sarana GSS Trembul , unit of co, as a partner 
for joint operation for production for Trembul operation area 
    * In accepting KSO offer with Pertamina, PT SGT has made 
opportunity cost payment of us$0.5 million to pertamina 
    * Upon acceptance of award, PT SGT has started discussing 
joint operations  agreement with Pertamina.
