 * Inside information relating to demand letters  
 * Says "company has kept discussing with the banks on the loan restructuring" 
 * Bank has demanded relevant group companies to make immediate payment of amounts under the banking facilities outstanding 
 * One of the banks, that made available certain banking facilities to some units of co, issued statutory demand 
 * Issued statutory demand against Addchance Ltd sky emperor international ltd and chinakey (Hong Kong) ltd 
 * Says now actively discussing with the bank on appropriate arrangement, including, inter alia, adjustment of repayment schedule 
 * Says trading will continue to suspend pending release of an announcement of co pursuant to Hong Kong code on takeovers, mergers
