** Taiwan-based TCC Group Holdings said on Friday it had
secured Italian government approval for plans to take energy

** Danish transport firm DSV DSV.CO is slightly ahead in
the bidding race for German state railway Deutsche Bahn's
logistics unit Schenker, several people familiar with the sales

** Abu Dhabi's Mubadala Investment Company applied to
Turkey's Competition Board to take sole control of Turkish

Electric Co MER.PS is selling a 40% stake in a solar power
