    * Haitong International New Energy, unit of co, entered into 
TRS termination agreement with Huge Group 
    * TRS agreement entered into between Haitong International 
New Energy and Huge Group shall be terminated 
    * Based on termination date of Sept. 6, total termination 
amount expected to be HK$1.52 billion
