March 27 (Reuters) - HALCYON Agri Corp Ltd  HALC.SI : 
 * Will make a voluntary conditional offer for all the issued and paid-up 
   ordinary shares in the capital of GMG Global 
 * Pursuant to deal, SIO shall irrevocably accept the GMG VGO in respect of its 
   391.6 million GMG shares 
 * Consideration is for every one offer share : 0.9333 new fully paid-up 
   ordinary shares in the capital of HAC 
 * Consideration for each offer share will be satisfied by the allotment and 
   issuance of new fully paid-up HAC shares
