The Company currently has 44,038 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each ("Shares")
block listed under the Savings Related Share Option Scheme (the "Plan").

 

The Company today confirms that it has cancelled its block listing and that no
Shares have or will be allotted pursuant to this block listing.

 

The Company has made no allotments under the Plan since the last block listing
return was released on 30 November 2023.
