Total Voting Rights and Capital

The Company announces that on 7 April 2026 it transferred 290,594 ordinary
shares of 5 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') from treasury to cover the exercise
of options granted under a Hammerson share scheme.

 

In accordance with the requirements of the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and
Transparency Rule 5.6.1A, the Company hereby notifies the market that the
Company's issued share capital as of 7 April 2026, consists of 532,054,593
Ordinary Shares, of which 132,163 shares are held in treasury. Therefore, the
total number of voting rights in the Company as of 7 April 2026 is
531,922,430. This figure should be used by shareholders as the denominator for
calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or a change to their interest in, Ordinary Shares in the Company,
under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules and/or the Irish Transparency
(Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007, as amended.
