Appointment of Chairman
 
Hansard Group plc is pleased to announce that Graeme Easton, Independent Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee, will succeed Philip Gregory as Chairman at this year's Annual General Meeting (AGM).  Philip was appointed in October 2011 and therefore will have been a director for over nine years at this year's AGM. Accordingly, he will be retiring from the Board at the AGM and is not seeking re-election
Gordon Marr, Group CEO said:
"I would like to thank Philip for his immense contribution to the Company over his nine years' service.  He has provided invaluable strategic input and leadership during his time on the board and as Chairman.
