Harbour announces that Simon Henry, Senior Independent Director, has purchased
20,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price
of 198.16 pence per Ordinary Share.

As a result of this purchase of Ordinary Shares, Simon Henry holds a direct
interest in 60,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.004% of the Company's
issued ordinary share capital.
