Harbour announces that Margareth Øvrum, Independent Non-Executive Director,
has purchased 18,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an
average price of 189.00 pence per Ordinary Share.

As a result of this purchase of Ordinary Shares, Margareth Øvrum holds a
direct interest in 26,500 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.002% of the
Company's issued ordinary share capital.
