The Company announces that it has been notified that cash dividends paid on
shares held by the below listed Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
("PDMR") on 25 September 2024, 21 May 2025 and 24 September 2025 were
reinvested and used to purchase ordinary shares under a dividend reinvestment
plan on behalf of the PDMR on 25 September 2024, 21 May 2025 and 24 September
2025.
