Final Dividend Currency Exchange Rate

On 8 August 2024, Harbour announced an interim dividend of $100 million (13 US
cents per share) for the half year ended 31 December 2024 (the "Dividend").

 

The Dividend will be paid in GBP Sterling on 25 September 2024 to shareholders
on the register on 16 August 2024 (the "Record Date"). This announcement
confirms the GBP Sterling/US Dollar exchange rate, as at the Record Date,
applicable for the Dividend.

A dividend re-investment plan (DRIP) is available to shareholders who would
