Announcement of 2022 Investor Events Programme

 

Harland & Wolff Group Holdings plc (AIM: HARL), announces that John Wood
(Chief Executive Officer) and Arun Raman (Chief Financial Officer) will
provide investor presentations on Thursday 21(st) July at 6.30pm BST virtually
via the 'Investor Meet Company' platform and Monday 25(th) July 2022 at 6.30pm
BST in person at America Square Conference Centre.

 

Each event will be an opportunity for investors to meet the Company's
leadership team, hear an update and ask questions. The company aims to use
these events to update investors and financial professionals on its progress
and outlook for the future.

 

Virtual Event

The webinar is open to all existing and potential investors and will consist
of a presentation, followed by a Q&A session.

 

Questions can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard
up until 9am the day before the meeting or at any time during the live
presentation.
