PDMR Dealings

 

Harland & Wolff Group Holdings plc (AIM: HARL), the UK quoted company
focused on strategic infrastructure projects and physical asset lifecycle
management, announces the following share purchases by certain Directors of
the Company.

 

John Wood, Chief Executive Officer, today purchased 68,000 ordinary shares of
1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 14.94p
per share. Following this purchase, Mr Wood has a total beneficial interest in
the Company of 970,993 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.57% of the Company's
issued share capital.

 

Furthermore, Malcolm Groat, Chairman, today purchased 65,661 Ordinary Shares
at a price of 15.23p per share. Following this purchase, Mr Groat has a total
beneficial interest in the Company of 65,661 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to
0.04% of the Company's issued share capital.
