Director Dealings and Total Voting Rights
 
InfraStrata plc (AIM: INFA), the UK quoted company focused on strategic infrastructure projects and physical asset lifecycle management, announces that John Wood, Chief Executive Officer, purchased  a total of 920,498 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a purchase price of 0.2775 pence on 30 April 2020.
 
In addition to this purchase, Mr Wood exercised options over 5,833,333 Ordinary Shares under the Company's EMI share option scheme (the "Options") at an exercise price of 0.01 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the purchase and the exercise of Options, Mr Wood has a total beneficial interest in 53,371,893 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 1.39% of the Company's issued share capital. 
 
An application has been made for 5,833,333 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, which is expected to occur on 12 May 2020. Upon admission, the Company's issued share capital will consist of 3,844,389,868 Ordinary Shares with one voting right each. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares and voting rights in the Company will be 3,844,389,868. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
