InfraStrata plc (AIM: INFA), the UK quoted company focused on strategic infrastructure projects and physical asset lifecycle management, announces that Arun Raman, Chief Finance Officer of the Company, purchased 19,083 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 16 June 2021 at a purchase price of 26.20 pence per Ordinary Share. 
 
Following these purchases, Arun Raman has a total beneficial interest in 132,097 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.11% of the Company's issued share capital.
