InfraStrata plc (AIM: INFA), the UK quoted company focused on strategic infrastructure projects and physical asset lifecycle management, announces that Paul Blake, a person discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMR") purchased 1,367,573 ordinary shares of 0.01p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 7 May 2020 at a purchase price 0.36 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Paul Blake has a total beneficial interest in 1,367,573 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 0.04% of the Company's issued share capital.
