InfraStrata plc (AIM: INFA), the UK quoted company focused on strategic infrastructure projects and physical asset life-cycle management, announces that the Company's issued share capital at the date of this announcement comprises of 3,740,363,291 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each, with one voting right per share ("Ordinary Shares"). The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. The total number of Ordinary Shares and voting rights in the Company is therefore 3,740,363,291.
 
As announced on 28 January, a further 98,193,244 Ordinary Shares will be issued and admitted to trading on AIM on 3 February 2020, at which point the Company's issued share capital and voting rights will be 3,838,556,535.
 
These figures may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

The rapid development of the 100% owned Islandmagee Gas Storage Project is a core workstream for InfraStrata.
