UK's Drax agrees $258 million buyout of Harmony Energy Income Trust

March 25 (Reuters) - British power company Drax Group DRX.L on Tuesday said it reached an agreement over terms of a possible acquisition of Harmony Energy Income Trust HEIT.L for 88 pence per share or about 199.9 million pounds ($258.27 million).
