** Shares of Hartshead Resources  HHR.AX  jump as much as
13.2% to A$0.043, posting their biggest intraday pct gain since
March 2
    ** Oil and gas explorer says it entered into an agreement
with Shell U.K. Ltd 
    ** Says agreement sets out key commercial terms for the
transportation and processing of HHR's Phase I gas field
production via Shell's Southern North Sea infrastructure
    ** Shares hit their highest level since March 3
    ** About 6.4 mln shares change hands vs the 30-day average
of 3.4 mln shares
    ** Stock flat YTD, as of last close
