Hawaiian Holdings jumps after merger with Alaska Airlines gets US DOJ nod

** Shares of Hawaiian Holdings  HA.O  rise 10.2% to $17.51
premarket
    ** Alaska Airlines  ALK.N  and Hawaiian Airlines merger
clears regulatory obstacle with the US Department of Justice
(DOJ)
    ** "This is a significant milestone in the process to join
our airlines," says Alaska Airlines on its website
    ** Comes after DOJ last week extended review period of
proposed deal worth $1.9 bln
    ** HA stock hit over a two-year high last Friday
    ** Majority of brokerages rate the stock "hold"; their
median PT is $13.5 - LSEG
    ** Up to last close, HA stock had risen 11.8% YTD, while ALK
shares had fallen 10.52% YTD
