** Hawaiian Holdings' shares  HA.O  rise ~11% to $15
premarket; Alaska Air  ALK.N  untraded
    ** Alaska Air agrees to extend review period of $1.9 bln
acquisition of HA by a day to 12:01 AM ET, Aug. 16
    ** HA's stock had rallied nearly 14% in past four sessions,
heading into the review deadline, while ALK rose nearly 6%
    ** YTD, though, HA is down ~1%, while ALK has slid ~9%
