acquire Hawaiian Holdings Inc HA.O for nearly $1 billion,
placing a bet on a troubled airline with lucrative routes as
U.S. antitrust regulators fight consolidation in the sector.
- A Brookfield-led consortium's $10.6 billion bid for Origin
Energy ORG.AX collapsed on Monday after shareholders voted
down the plan.
- A U.S. destroyer and three commercial ships operating in
the Red Sea came under drone and ballistic-missile attacks,
which Iran-backed Houthi forces in Yemen claimed responsibility
for.
