    * Says it will sell 7.1 million shares of Doosan Bobcat Inc, 
a construction machinery management firm, for 214.13 billion won 
    * Says it will hold 59.4 percent stake(59.5 million shares) 
in Doosan Bobcat Inc, after the transaction 
    * Expected transaction settlement date is Nov. 11
