    * Says reaches cooperation agreement with Doosan Infracore 
Co Ltd  
    * Says cooperation agreement with the unit of South Korea's 
Doosan group is for joint development and marketing of diverse 
types of machine tools  
    * Says, in the context of the strategic alliance, 
shareholders of Mepro Outremer SL and Moonlecht SL to sell 10 
percent of the company to Doosan Infracore Germany GmbH for 1.8 
euros ($2.0) per share 
    * Says Mepro Outremer transfers about 8 percent of the 
company maintaining the remaining 15.92 percent stake in Nicolas 
Correa 
    * Says Moonlecht transfers about 2 percent of the company 
maintaining the remaining 3 percent stake in Nicolas Correa
