** Shares of Health and Plant Protein Group  HPP.AX  rise as
much as 8.8% to A$0.185, set for best session since Jan. 31 if
gains hold
    ** Ginger and macadamia-based products maker posts HY net
loss of A$1.3 mln ($932,230.00) vs a loss of A$3.2 mln in the
same period last year
    ** Posts HY revenue from continuing operations of A$22.3 mln
vs A$17.7 mln in the same period last year
    ** Stock hits highest level since Feb. 10
    ** As of last close, stock down ~10.5% this year
