Director/PDMR Shareholding - Update

 

Dublin, Ireland - 07 July 2023: HealthBeacon plc (HBCN.ID) ("HealthBeacon" or
"the Company"), a digital therapeutics company that develops products for
managing injectable medications for patients in the home, today announces an
update to correct the RNS of July 5(th) last. Jim Joyce, Chief Executive
Officer and Co-Founder, has purchased 10,800 ordinary shares at a price of
€1.86. Following this purchase Jim Joyce holds 1,844,107 shares representing
10.92% of the Company.

 

The below notification, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU
Market Abuse Regulation, gives further detail of the number of ordinary shares
