Director's Shareholding

 

Helios, the only publicly traded company offering instant access to a diverse portfolio of syndicates at Lloyd's of London, was informed on 12 March 2025 that John Chambers, Interim Executive Chairman of the Company, purchased 40,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 208 pence each.

Following the completion of the above transaction, John Chambers holds in aggregate 600,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.827% per cent of the Company's total voting rights.
